We are currently Launching 2 WebCam Sites. I need a Custodian of Records How would I do that?

Answer
A Custodian of Records is simply someone willing to take responsibility for all the information required to be maintained by the Feds. They must make sure these records are kept up to date, contain ALL of the required information, and are maintained in a manor consistent with Federal Law. Anyone can be a Custodian of Records provided, of course, they fully understand these Laws and can maintain the records properly.

USC Title 18 Section 2257 and CFR Title 28 Part 75 are pretty complex pieces of legal text, and a riddled with pitfalls. If you do not understand them perfectly, I would suggest you put the breaks on and do a little more research before you continue. Otherwise you may face some very large fines and serious jail time.
