I understand you can pay actors/actresses several ways. By the act or by the day? could you tell me the going rates for by the day?
Also on by the act do you pay by the amount also? for example, a BJ $200.00 is that per actor also? say you line up 10 guys is she paid $2000.00 for that shot? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Answer You have day rate vs. scene rate. Most photographers go with an either or rate but video producers just go with a per scene rate. So you would naturally increase the models rate on per additional actor. b/g rate would be 600./800. And her b/g/b rate would be 1000./1500. As far as an oral shoot as you mentioned it would be on an average of "standard scale" not mega famous contract girl types it would be anywhere from 100./200. Per additional actor involved. now this is for an simple oral scene...lets say you want a DP scene that went from a standard b/g scene...most female models will want a lot more the even a standard b/g/b scene. Like I said it also depends on the actual girl. Bizarre things are known to happen to girls at the end and first of the month….a girl who has credits/experience who regularly charges high for any type of scene and her car is 2 days from being repossessed may shoot for a lower rate so she can rectify her impending situation. Since being in this business for so long I have known this to be true just as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west.
If your looking for that special girl you should either contact her or her manager directly…maybe you can negotiate the terms.
