I would also like to pick your brain on female recruitment. In your oppinion what is the most effective way? Thanks!

Depends on what market your wanting to tap.....
Internet, there are several independent recruiting options such as sexyjobs.com or adultstaffing.com but I would stay with the real talent agents....they usually seem to have a more business relationship with the girls to get them to actually show up.
