Hello,

I am a straight guy, who after working for many years in the Advertising industry, recently opened my own graphic production studio.  As part of my everyday work, I am always looking for new opportunity, whether it's business, or pleasure.  I have always been shamelessly and fantastically obsessed with the beauty of the female form and since I now have great production facilities for making still images, I want to like to fill up my studio with beautiful women to see how creative we can all get, and (of course) take lots of pictures.  Don't laugh.  I'm perfectly serious.  Once I've collected a portfolio of images, I know for certain, can find plenty of ways to make the images make money for everyone involved.  It's always the same problem though, isn't it?  - Where to find girls?  How to keep their father's from coming after you with shotguns? - And, Why should they want to strip for my camera in the first place, without receiving any money up front?

My, "Shaving" question is this: Don't 'ya just love porn from the 1970's and 1980's?  In nearly every single porn video I've seen from the 1990's to present, the girls entire pubic area is completely shaved bald as a cue ball. why?! Why?!! WHY?!!! I ask you.  Please tell me why they all shave, and why they all must get their face completely splashed with cum in every scene?  What happened to stuff like "Deep Throat?" and, "The Devil in Miss Jones?"

Wouldn't it be nice to find some new porn made by using older production techniques? Like letting the girls keep some hair, and adding some kind of written plot or script (no matter how ridiculous) to make a story that might have a chance of turning-on the dumb blond sitting next to you, instead of making her puke?

So it is actually not that hard to get really attractive models in to pose nude for you for free but you have to have suitable current high end equipment and have either a really good eye as far as camera skills go or at least be an expert in Photoshop or photo manipulation to have a mediocre shot turn out truly beautiful.

They are usually not the problem…it’s the jealous boyfriends and/or husbands that you need to work around. Most of the time that I deal with a couple they are already swingers, so its really not that tough with these types. I do on occasion happen to run across a guy either their boyfriend, husband or wanna be pimp that they try to “play manager” and it usually doesn’t work out since you don’t have to have a MBA to be an agent or manager but its good to have a professional rapport with people in the adult biz since you would want them to extend to you some type of professional courtesy when dealing with them as well.


Your Shaving question is perhaps the simplest question to answer. Its aesthetically pleasing visually this is the primary answer then it goes into the term of “trends” and it’s the same just about within ever industry. Its all goes like this…I don’t have a timeline but will try to explain it generally. Porn is defiantly a consumer driven industry and they are always trying to do focus groups and research studies to try and come up with the newest, brightest and biggest thing so they can make the most money and make the biggest bang and usually in the shortest period of time possible. The undeniable fact is that porn caters to an older male population that has a higher the average disposable income to feed the machine that is the industry itself. They however would like to bring in other larger market segments (Women, Couples and College aged consumers) in as well and just like the decline of the adult cinema houses (traditional porn theaters – Think “times square before Disney”) and the advent of consumer home media players (i.e., VHS Beta) unto now the various adult media VOD, DVD, Blueray, HDDVD, Mobil media for cell phones, etc. it is what it is…evolution of all genres is the name of the game really. That is if you want to succeed and actually turn a profit.


There are a few girls that I know who have let a small portion of hair grow out, but unless you look into the niche sites that are “hairy girls” you probably won’t see too much “bush”. As for getting the women turned on that would once again be in the answer above…you would need to view “couples” porn. That again is niche content and is directed by some very big names in the biz both male and female just screen the tape before you ultimately make your selection. Remember that sometimes boxcovers may be deceiving
