I am a married woman in my mid-20s. I have wanted to get involved as an actress in adult films for the last couple of years. My husband and I are already swingers, and have talked extensively about this. The only real issue we have is that in our swinging we have only played with other women, never men, and I would want to follow those same guidelines as an adult actress.

My question is, have you heard of other married women who start in the business and are only willing to work with other women? If so, is it really possible to be successful and advance in the business after placing such a restriction on your work?

Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Linda,

First off, the industry is full of married women. Some are married to male/female performers, some to regular Joes/Janes. However, the ones that I know personally were married after they became part of the industry.

That being said, there are many women in the industry, married and unmarried, who are only willing to work with other women and are very successful doing so. Lesbian scenes/films are a huge niche market. In fact, I am at a loss to think of a single title that does not contain lesbian action in one form or another.

Perhaps the most notable of the “lesbian only” female performers is Janine Lindemulder, who has literally appeared in hundreds of films. Recently Janine has returned to working with men as well as women, but it is her “Lesbian only” appearances that truly account for her notoriety. Well, that and the fact she is one of the most amazingly drop dead gorgeous women on the planet with a sexual energy and personality to match.

So yes, it is very possible to only work only with other women and still be a very successful adult performer. When/if you are ready to take the big step, please emails me directly and I will do everything I can to help you along.
