Will agencies send there talent to do videos for personal use?
As In... You film them and and another adult actress for your personal viewing... AND... Is It Legal?

Answer
Like any other Adult production it would only be legal in California and with the required permits. That is the only place you can legally hire someone to have sex for the purpose of making a film…private use or otherwise.

It’s not likely that you would be able to find an Agency who would send their talent into such an arrangement as they normally only work with established producers.
