If I wanted to interview a pornstar or two how might I get a hold of them? I have many questions about their philosophies on life, and if their career choice has more to do about money then anything else, etc?

I used to be involved in the business... I have a gf who is getting involved... my ex gf was a famous pornstar... I am friends with Celeste and Brittany Andrews amongst others... I know Briana Banks well.

Well first off let Briana Banks know that I have her "Virtual Sex" DVD and think she's a very beautiful and eligant looking lady. But that I didn't think her sex was very sincere like she was enjoying herself. Not that I would expect her to because she probably didn't know the guy, but just that I'd be more turned on if I thought she was. It's that lack of ability to pretend that she's turned on that makes her seem more real to me which furthermore is why I wish she really was the girl next door instead of in porn. Hopefully that could be a flattering sentiment to her? I have a lot of questions to ask multiple pornstars. I would expect that they all have different philosophizes? Like Jenna Jameson claims that parenthood is far more important than continuing to make videos, while Jewel De nile is only interested in money? It seems that there is a lot of gray area and therefore a number of reasons why someone would get involved in that industry?

You should tell Briana yourself, through her website. She's a wonderful woman who's had a tough life.

I have to say that the main reason girls get into porn is the money. Actually, it's probably 99% of the reason. You might think, there are far better ways to make money: actually not. If you like having sex, and you are hot enough, porn can make you a LOT of money. Imagine, you have sex five times a week (five scenes) making $1000-$2000 each time. You're bringing in up to ten thousand dollars a week just for having sex for a few hours each day. THAT'S why they do it.

As for their "philosophies", yes - a lot of these girls are smart and have their own views on a lot of deep and intellectual things, just like regular women.

But there's really no grey area. It's a job, and the women who do it do it for the same reason you or I do our job: to get paid. One or two of them want "the fame" and several of them think, if I'm going to do it, I may as well try and be the best, or, if I'm the best, I'll make more money. But generally, it's ALL about the money.

Sad, but true.

A lot of the girls come across as loving sex because they do. But they would be having sex off camera, not on camera, if it weren't for the money.
