What issues would you see with recruiting strippers as talent by going into a strip club and spending money?  My business partner has suggested that both of us go into a strip club with $500 each, with it being strictly business.  So far what I have read on trying to recruit this way is that 1.) they're expensive to talk to, and 2.) they tend to be unreliable unless they've had a bad money night.  Would you have anything to add to that?

One of our concerns is that management may see us as trying to steal their employees and stop us.  Do you think this would be a problem considering that we'd be spending our hard-earned money there which goes into their pockets?

You would be better off buying the club then you can give the dancers other opportunities....like the chain that hustler and penthouse own.

Management may see us as trying to steal their employees and stop us....VERY TRUE they will stop you cold and you will be banned from ever going back into that club. If they lose a girl to you...you’re taking one of their earners.

As far as the girls are concerned...its like going to a whorehouse to recruit...you will end up with nothing...why you as? Your on their turf....it’s like an opposing team going to the home teams field/stadium. They run the house and make the rules....my suggestion is pitch 1K into the fire and watch it burn....

You will eventually find your rules of engagement for your specific area…..but strippers and strip clubs are usually a dead end.
