Question
In some movies (only available on Internet)  girls are approached by the performer then he talks to her , "hi, I'm Dave, you're very nice" etc.

is this true ? Is the girl doesn't know the performer and accepts sexual relation ? or is this to make a spontaneous introduction ?

Answer
It’s a bit.....just think Howard Stern and his bits on the air. Spontaneous introduction would not be legal due to the nature of adult movies. You first have to determine that your prospect is 18 or older this involves producing government issued ID's. Then you must have signed official paperwork, such as a general model release.

I have been to way too many radio shows and events that the primary participants have to sign waivers of indemnity, general rules/conditions of conduct and as mentioned above releases.

There are on occasions the generalized group parties that have posted in many conspicuous locations that notify all persons entering the even that there maybe cameras present and your image may be used with or without your permission just by attending the event. That’s one way how companies that film public nudity events don’t get into trouble.
