Question
Does TFP apply to pornography or does it only apply to nudity that is considered art?  Does On Spec apply to both porn, and art, or just one of the two?  

How does TFP compare to working "on spec"?  In either case does the model have resell rights to the prints?

TFP is for photography only...in the video world it would be more content trade, shared content or TFDVD - Time for Content. So where you would both benefit from classical photography prints trade you could do the same with actual motion pictures.

Is a site dedicated only to content trade aspects. The whole content trade element is primarily given to performers/models...like say I will do a scene (B/G/B) for Dawns website for Free and then Dawn will turn around and do a (B/G) scene for my website for Free. They don’t have to be of equal or lesser in value just a trade on what the models restrictions are. Both situations involve full releases and are 2257 compliant and since both models have been compensated accordingly in content exchange there is no real monetary outlay to the project outside of general factors such as gas to the shoot, shoot location cost and lunch/dinner.

"On Spec" is generally unpaid until the work sells and is usually photography related and not video related.
