Question
I want to start and internet pay site. Do I need a business license for paysites?

Are paysite companies such as

Legitimate and if so how do we found out if they are valid.

If filming my own videos for a paysite are there laws on where I can film (amatuer film in a hotel, bedroom, etc.)?

If selling online through a website like:
http://www.amvc.com/
do I need a business license?

What other legal matters should I take care of as well?

I really cant say about business license for paysites since it would be more relating to the area of the country that your shooting in....but from others that I know about you would be involved in shooting any type of content so yes I would get one since its better safe then sorry.
