Guys start out just the same as the girls do. Buy either being “discovered” by a producer or by signing with one of the many Adult Talent Agencies.  The majority of these agencies have websites that are easily found with sufficient effort.

Please understand that it is exceedingly difficult for a man to get a start in this business as a performer. Even if you manage to sign an agreement with one of these agents, it in no way guarantees that you will actually be offered any work.
