Hi Jim,  Fabio here, I run <a href="http://www.fabiojobs.com">www.fabiojobs.com</a>, an adult jobs site.  I have read on some boards that adult movie companies find talents mostly through agencies rather than a jobs site like the one I run.  Would you say that is the case?  What would you say is the biggest problem in finding female models?  reliability?

The biggest problem in finding DECENT female models would be yes one of them would be reliability. Others include when ordering them through an agency...the "agency" has some sort of reputation on the line stating that if you book from them that their models can not only show up on time but do the scene that you booked her for in the first place. Another is no questions on if this model will show up "fucked up" or without her paperwork (test and IDs). Without getting in too deep...think of it as the same way some ESCORTS are independents and others work with/or for an agency. Some girls will always be indys since they cannot be controlled by an agent/manager or pimp.
