hello, i am studying film and hope to start a career in film (camerawork and editing production) and am very curious about the adult industry....
is there a demand in the production side and camerawork in the industry? also, i am pursuing a associates in the field and am concerned if that is sufficient to gain work in the field in southern california with just an associates? should i wait to finish a bacheleres or pursue work with just an associates?
also, any idea on entry level production income ion the adult field?

One great opportunity for you would try and see if they have any types of internships at an adult film company. There you could get in the door and start making contacts. Another avenue to consider is to build your own resume webpage/site. This to me shows some dedication on your part that you’re actually interested in doing this as a carrier. The great part is its not too hard to procure domains any more and as long as you know HTML or just buy Front page or Dreamweaver your good to go since hosing is pretty cheap as well nowadays. I have also heard that a lot of mainstream or “square” camerapersons also moonlight on adult film sets to pay the bills……its just not usually something you will see prominently displayed on their resume.
