ok, so you post an ad in the newspaper, a girl responds, you decide you want to use her in a video. where to go from there? how are aids tests usually done? what are the standards in terms of aids testing in the porn industry? does the employer pay for it and arrange the test. tells the girl to go to this place, get the aids test done? or does is the girl expected to have the aids tests done on her own time, with her own money. does the porn producer then show the aids test of the male to the female?
Standardized testing is done by Talent Testing Service or Adult Industry Medical:

The talent usually pays for their own test and goes to the location themselves. The PA will then be in charge of making copies of ALL required information (photo ID’s and test results) and have talent sign all necessary paperwork including releases. It is up to the talent themselves to visually inspect anyone’s tests that they will be performing in scenes with.
