Charles,

I am a 24 year old sales executive who has been taken in by the world of porn.  I have attended the AVN awards in Las Vegas the past two years and have met a ton of people in the indiustry.

I am wondering if you could shed some light on how to begin a career in producing and directing porn?  I live in a city where there are a ton of hard bodied college coeds and I have a strong understanding of film and production techniques.  

Once I incorporate the business how would you suggest I go about recruiting performers, ensuring the safety of the performers (testing, background checks, etc), and distributing the films.  Also would it make sense to distribute DVDs or keep cost low and focus on distributing on the web?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Naturally after you start shooting you want to get all of your best content together and make promo copies to use as give always at the industry events ( http://www.avn.com/index.php?Primary_Navigation=Events ) to try to attract some buzz about your company.
