Question
Hi. Thank you for answering questions as much as you can. There is a lot of
places on the internet for men and women who want to get into the industry
as performers. That is a given. What I am having trouble finding, is a way to
get a contact or address or phone number for a studio to work BEHIND the
camera.

I just moved to LA. I am an art director / set decorator. I have years of
experience and I want to spend some time working on adult films to really
perfect my craft. (gay preferred, as I am gay myself)

I have combed the Internet, gone to parties, hung out at bars and done
everything i could think of to get addresses and contacts of gay porn studios
here in LA to send resume and talk to, etc.

Any advice on breaking in BEHIND the camera?

well there really is not much in that field behind the camera to check online. Since your looking for Gay work you would be better off calling those companies or Going to the gay AVN better know as the GAYVN. So check out the alternative newspaper for la aka LA Weekly and you will find some leads in there.
