Ill start by telling you what I already have, hopefully you can maybe send me in the right direction of what I need.  I'm am putting together an adult film.  I'm am the produce/director.  I have two white men with 8 to 8.5 in penis's that are both willing and capable of performing not only in front of a camera but a crew.  I have one hidef Sony camcorder, lights and knowledge of how to use them, an external microphone w/a boom.  Girls are no problem.  My budget is not great.  I have about 10 grand.  Also, I have business cards, talent scouts, e-mail, myspace.  I feel I'm somewhat prepared but where I'm stuck is legalities.  I live in AZ.  I don't want to involve a lawyer so I'm guessing I need some sort of copywrite infringement form and video consent forms for the actor and actresses'.  Is this correct, what else, oh did I leave any important information out.

You are missing the key component in today’s world. The entertainment lawyer. You can get as much advise from the web as well as release forms....but if they don’t hold up in court...then your fucked!!! This is no way around it just find a guy who is specializing in what your looking for...its the difference between getting traffic ticket and having a public defender or hiring an over priced lawyer. On the one hand it costs nothing and you might get you DL suspended. Then on the other hand the overpriced lawyer may be able to get the case thrown out or get the infraction expunged.
