I live in Miami and I have access to many girls "models wannabe be" that want to go nuts I also have access to a lot of young escorts in different countries in Latin America that are willing to make some green money. So here I am thinking how do I take advantage of this. I don't know anyone in this circle but if I produce movies how do I commercialize them? This is one of those complex series of questions, so I will break it down and try to answer each question individually.

Q: if I produce movies how do I commercialize them?

A: After you and finished filming and post production (editing) you will need to make a deal with a company to mass produce (duplicate) the film to the chosen media, most likely DVDs. After that, take the finished DVDs to one of the many distribution companies and make arrangements to get your product to the public. Creating a website for the sole purpose of promotion, sale and distribution of your film is also an option.

Q: How do I start a sex chat site?

A: Find a company that can design and develop such a site. After that it’s pretty much just a matter of legal compliance (USC Title 18 Section 2257 and CFR Title 28 Part 75) and finding your chat host (Girls). Q: what do I do with all stills that I can obtain?

A: Nothing, until: You have a signed model release for the images, and you are in compliance with Federal Law (USC Title 18 Section 2257 and CFR Title 28 Part 75). Once those two conditions are met, you can do what ever you wish with the images provided it fits in with the terms and conditions of the release. Displaying, selling, trading, and in some cases simple possession of images without a signed model release can lead to civil suits and possible criminal charges. Not to mention that failure to comply with the Federal Law is absolutely guaranteed to land you in serious trouble

A: Money is made from website in several ways. The sale of memberships, sale of products from the site (videos, toys, panties ect.) and affiliate programs are the most common.

On another note:

Employing ladies from foreign countries (in this case Latin America) is perfectly acceptable however; you will still be required by Federal Law to provide the same information on them as you would an American model. Any foreign Models working in the U.S. will be required to have in their possession either a Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or Employment Authorization Document issued by the United States. The law is quite specific on this and failure to comply leads to huge fines and jail time.

You also should also know that, the only place in the U.S. where it is technically legal to produce adult films is California. So making Adult films in the state of Florida may also lead to fines and jail time.
