Hi,
I'd like to find an older movie, it's called "Put It In" - I believe it was made either in the 1980s or the *early* 1990s (at the latest). I cannot remember the names of the people in it but if I saw them I'd know it, and there was a basic story to it (I think part of it was a thief, breaking into a house, though that wasn't the whole movie, perhaps lots of little stories).

I was drawing a total blank on your film. But then I happened to take time to read the question again and your phrase “perhaps a lot of little stories” struck me.

There was a compilation(lots of little stories)video released in 1991 called “Put It In Gere” that has a scene that fits your discription.

I’m not sure if this is the one you are looking for but I hope it is. If not let me know and I will research it further.
