Question
Someone told me it is only legal to shoot porn in San Fernando. I know that isn't true, but I live in Ohio and it is very hard to find information on what is legal to do in my state. Is it legal to shoot porn in Ohio and where would I go to file for liscencing and permits?

Technically the only LEGAL place to shoot commercial porn is in LA, CA w/ a porn permit California v. Freeman.

So if indeed the federal or state government prevails on this case...I foresee a domino effect within adult.

But then again….I am NOT a lawyer….I do suggest finding yourself a qualified First Amendment Lawyer in your local area.
