Good Afternoon
I was hoping that you can answer this question.  I was looking on the web (with no success) on what is the best exercises and/or other things i can do to:
1.  have a body that looks like a porn star
2.  what kind of diet--if any
3.  what kind of "activities" i should do to help bring up my performance.

as well as anything else i missed that you know of.  I'm very interested in knowing but i do hope i will not have to take any type of pills or surgical procedure to achieve what i'm looking for.

diet and exercise is the same for your age bracket. we are professionals but by no way are we navy seals. get a personal trainer if you want to consult with someone that can target certain areas.

pills or surgical procedure are way extreme....activities you should do is a lot of masterbation...
