Hi there!  I have an audition coming up for a film, to be produced in AZ. I have attempted to research the company and can not find any information. I'm thinking for legality sake, it would make sense that they would not want to be known in the area.  Do you think it is strange that I can not find this company?  It is called King Entertainment.  Apparently they have been in business for 6 yrs. Have you ever heard of them???  Many thanks!

Unfortunately no, I have never heard of King Entertainment and yes, I think it its very odd that you can not find at least some information on them. If you plan on keeping this appointment, I would recommend caution and that you take some one with you to the “audition”.

You need to understand that there are many fakes and frauds out there that claim to be adult producers, production companies and talent agents. Sometimes responding too their ads and meeting with these fakes can lead to disastrous situations for unsuspecting and inexperienced women looking for a start in this business.

I’m not saying these guys are dangerous or fakes, I’m just saying that the lack of information available for them makes me a bit nervous and I think you should consider NOT keeping this appointment. “Auditions” are a common ploy used by fraudulent producers.

Erin, your best bet would be to contact a reputable Adult Talent Agency and let them assist you in finding work as an Adult Performer. Agents only work with proven and established producers and will help you to avoid these questionable individuals altogether. Looking for work on your own can be very dangerous if you don't know what to look for, and what questions to ask. Having a good Agent helps to eliminate these issues.

If you really want to be an Adult Performer, contact one of these companies and let them help you get started right. All of these agencies are very well know in the industry and have impeccable records.
