A couple friends and myself are wanting to make an adult film. This is mostly because one of us, in spite of having a huge collection, can't find a scene that he has scripted in his head.

We have a budget worked out, and have found a couple agencies that allow us to hire adult film actors, but we are not sure how much to offer for pay. What would you recommend for pay? We are not trying to be cheap. We just don't want to be stupid.

Also, how would you recommend we go about finding actors?

There are three things to remember as far as rates are considered. There are LA rates, Miami rates and everywhere else. Here is a breakdown of rates of video in LA according to Seymore Butts (Adam Glasser).-

Solo Masturbation                                            $200-400
Girl/Girl                                                            $400-600
Girl/Girl (anal)                                                  $500-800
Boy/Girl                                                            $500-1200
Boy/Girl (anal)                                                  $700-2000
Boy/Boy/Girl (double penetration)                   $1000-2500
Blowjob                                                             $200-500
