Hi how are you,  I have been along time fan of porn movies and and was very interested in not acting but directing,producing,webhosting a pornsite.  I am very local and dont have alot of money.  I usually see some behind the seens of porn movies and they are in a hotel with a camera and lights.  What is the best way to start under a budget and best way to recruit females?  Thanks

Recruiting talent is rather easy to do. There are dozens of adult talent agencies with web sites such as Foxx Modeling (foxxxmodeling.com) and Lighthouse Talent (lhtalent.com). However, you need to keep in mind that, agencies such as these only like to work with established producers and their talent does not come cheap.

There are also sites such as xpeeps.com and xratedmodeling.com that have profiles of women eager to get into the business.  Xpeeps is particularly useful, as you can set up a profile for your business as well as browse profiles of others to search for talent.

Your biggest problem is the fact that you are “very local”. The number of women interested in doing this type of thing may not be readily available in your area, and very few will be willing to travel at their own expense.

As for getting into the business on a budget. Well, you can’t, at least not on any serious level. Talent and equipment cost alone will devour a small budget and that’s only the tip of the iceberg in terms of investment.

You also need to remember that the legal aspect of the adult industry is a serious pitfall. Attorney fees alone will cut deeply into any budget.
