I've noticed that a lot of sites seem to feature dvd's realeased by other companies. they charge a flat fee for unlimited downloads. how do they do this, so i can do this?

Hi Joe,

These websites operate in one of the following ways

1)   They are owned by the company who produced the films and are used as a means of distribution.

2)   They are under contract with the producers to supply a means of distribution.

3)   They purchased a license from the producers and are given the rights to offer those products for sale under that license.

If you are planning to develop such a site plan on dropping well over a million dollars for servers and other equipment alone.  Such sites demand VAST AMOUNTS of storage, server space, and bandwidth.
