hello, i hate to bother you again, but, i find your info to be more helpful than some of the laywers that i have spoken to. you have said before that as long as the material is produced in cali (leagal state) one can then take that material anywhere and use it on a website etc.
now, my question is, i live on the coast, and if one were to get a boat and go out into international waters (12 miles) and film your material there . would that be a leagal way to produce adult material?

Well, yes I it would be. Provided the ENTIRE business arrangement, including the sinning of model releases and contracts and the payment of performers, took place at sea in International waters.

Signing the paperwork or dispensing payment on shore or in U.S. waters,  would simply put the whole thing back in the legal jurisdiction of the locals. International Law is funny that way.
