My wife and I are close to having our first couple/couple experience.  When I'm with my wife, I have no feelings of inadequacies because I know she loves me regardless of my performance.  I am turned on with the thought of being with another couple, but I'm afraid I'll be too turned on and not able to last long.  Then I'll the feeling of inadequacy will hit me.  Am I being too worried?  Or is it a legitimate worry.

First thing I can tell you is ANY concerns or worries are legitimate. With that said, I strongly suggest you relax, I realize this is easy for me to say to you and twice as hard for you to do at the time.

Suggestions:
1. Have sex before going, this should calm things down for your second go around.

2. If there is a performance issue, turn to the lady who turns you on ALL the time (this is what my husband did, works everytime).

3. Get this in your head before you get there, you are gonna get some no matter what & the person who REALLY matters to you is gonna be there no matter what happens.
