The main thing is communication. Talk before you go to a club or meet with a couple. About what you will do with the couple or about what you will do at the club. Also talk afterwards. About what you liked & disliked about the situation.

Also there is the jealousy issue. Remember when you play with a couple that your partner goes home with you.
