No it doesn't make you a bad husband. It just seems to be something that you enjoy and are okay with within the confines of full disclosure on her part. If she is into having sex with men then why not indulge in something you both clearly enjoy. Make sure however that you lay out all the rules in advance as to what is and is not permissible and that she clearly understands this is a situation of trust of her by you.
