Subject: Is My Wife Cheating ?

Question
My wife and her girlfriend who is also married, attend a Gym together. A few weeks ago my wifes girlfriend sent my wife a text message which i happened to see. The message said...." James at the Gym has asked me out for lunch. Trust mine to be a 50 year old"  Could this be proof that my wife and her friend are having liasons with men they meet at the gym?

Answer
Hi there:

It could be evidence along those lines. On the other hand, it could be your wife's girlfriend's reaction to getting hit on by some old dude, as in "can you imagine?" Every woman has a story like that. And text messages aren't exactly known for their precision. Too many shortcuts and abbreviations because it takes too long to spell things out.

If this is your only evidence, I'd let it go.

Good luck.
