Laura,

I am reading it pretty late.  Guess its been two years you posted this.  However, i do hope you are out of this relationship.  I personally gone through this sort of affair for close to four years and i can perfectly empathize with your situation.  Please understand that breaking this relationship is the only way out.  You may feel anxious for a while and your man may come back and convince you but dont spend rest of the life waiting for him.  You have the right to be happy even if it alone.  Believe me, being along, is much easier than waiting on your married man.  Everything belongs to his wife.  Even if he divoces her, do you feel nice about breaking a couple? you can never.  It might be difficult but get out of it.  I would also suggest that do not curse him or yourself.  Keep the love and be out.  Be glad that you spent so many years in love.  If you love someone, free them.  Love yourself and free yourself
