The best thing to do,is not to be nice, but to throw him out. Being nice only make him think he can get away with this sick and evil behaviour.

Throwing him out, will give him a reality  check. How come people think being nice to someone who is behaving like a sick scumbag solves things. We don't allow kids to get away with this type of behaviour!
