Question
Can you please tell me how to enter the following problem on a financial
calculator:

2ln(1+.1/2)

The answer = .09758. I cannot figure out how to enter this on a calculator --
Please help.

Answer
Hi Jon,

Your calculator should have a button that says ln. Most scientific and graphing calculators do.

So once you find the button, simply do 1 + .1/2 on the calculator. Then do ln( of the answer). Then times it by two.

If you don't have a scientific or a graphing, then I'm afraid you'll need to buy a new calculator.

I hope this helped,
