a)is the four of spades
b)is the four of spades or any diamond
c)is not a picture card of any suit
a.)
since there is only 1 4 of spades
1/52 or 1.92%
b.)
13/52 + 1/52 = 14/52 = 7/26 = 26.92%
c.)
since there is 4 suits and there are 3 faces cards of each suit
(52 - 12)/52 = 40/52 = 10/13 = 76.92%
