Question
A girl 1.0m tall standing onthe top of a vertical 45.0m high sees a car some distace away when the angle of depression is 55degree how gar away is the car

Answer
Take the girls height (since her eyes are close to the top of her head) and add to the height she is standing on to get how high her eyes are (it seems like she a short one!).

It looks like a tangent problem with the height being the far side and the distance being the near side.  The tangent is the far over the near and is the tangent of 55 degreees.

I'm glad this does it for you and welcome more questions.
