Question
27^x^2 > 9^x^3

Answer
Hi Katharine,
27^x² > 9^x³
(3^3)^x² > (3^2)^x³
3^(3x²) > 3^(2x³)
Now,
3x² > 2x³
3x² - 2x³ > 0
x²(3x - 2) > 0
Notice here that x² is always positive and so the sign of x²(3x - 2) only depends on (3x - 2).
Therefore,
3x - 2 > 0
x > 3/2
