Question
I'm looking for the name of the graph formed by x cubed plus x squared.  Does this shape have a name?

Answer
Hi Math Curious~
I'm not sure about a name and I'm not sure what level of math you have had. You can use calculus to graph this pretty accurately. It looks like a cubic function and that is mainly because the cubed term dominates the squared term. If you know calculus or are interested in how to graph this I'd be happy to explain and demonstrate for you.
