QUESTION: we have a team of 12, I am in NZ, we work 5 x working days.

it is now 10th of July and the team needs 560 stars in total.

how man stars per average does the team require in the month of july to accomplish this goal.

please let me know so I can inspire them.

ANSWER: You have 15 working days left in the month of July (not including the 10th). I am assuming the team has no stars yet or that at this point you need the 560. 560 stars/12 men = 46.67 stars per man this month and if you want to know the average number per day per man take 46.67/15 ~= 3.11 stars per day per man. Is this what you are looking for?

QUESTION: Sorry left out team has 172 stars at momment accumulated.

Ok it is the same math. There are 15 days to obtain 560 - 172 = 388 stars with 12 men that means that 388 stars/12 men ~= 32.33 per day and 32.33stars per day/15 days gives you an average of about 2.156 stars per man per day for the remainder of the month.
