Question
Hi there,

I'm working with a formula that reads B=max(1/2ln(d),1)    d = 3.47   It been so long since I've dealt with logs that I have no clue how to input trying to find the max for (ln3.47,1).  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Jason

Answer
is that suppose to be coordinates

B = max((1/2)ln(d),1)

you have a comma.

anyway, just access your computer's calculator and type in 3.47 then click ln and you will get the ln of 3.47

you may have to switch your computer's calculator to Scientific View
