Hi Milly,
You havent exactly stated what you're trying to find.
But if you want to simplify the expression, all you need do is collect like terms.
3x + 7y + 2x + 4y + 7x + 3y = 3x + 2x + 7x + 7y + 4y + 3y
                           = x(3 + 2 + 7) + y(7 + 4 + 3)
                           = 12x + 14y
