Question
Hello:

How can a situation be reduced to or expressed as the following:
$1.50, per person, per day?

Would something like $15 for 10 people for 10 days be a possible answer?

I thank you for your reply.

Answer
$15 for 10 people for 10 days would work out to .15 per person per day , so that's not right

$150 for 10 people for 10 days would work out to $1.50 per person per day , so this is one posible answer

You can choose any number of people and any number of days you like

If there are p people working for d days , the total amount paid should be (1.5)(p)(d)

you can choose p = 10 and d = 10 and get 150 or choose any other numbers you like.

For example

7 people working for 5 days will be (1.5)(7)(5) = $52.50
