Here is the clue, mate:

An integer is divisible by 3 if the sum of its digits is divisible by 3.  So:

357 (sum of digits is 15) and all permutations thereof is divisible by 3.
457 (sum of digits is 16) and all permutations thereof is not divisible by 3.

There are C(5,3) combinations to consider.  (Yes, I said combinations.)
That is only 20, so you can simply list them and check each.

Expertise

I can answer questions in basic to advanced algebra (theory of equations, complex numbers), precalculus (functions, graphs, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions and identities), basic probability, and finite mathematics, including mathematical induction. I can also try (but not guarantee) to answer questions on Abstract Algebra -- groups, rings, etc. and Analysis -- sequences, limits, continuity. I won't understand specialized engineering or business jargon.

Experience

I taught at a two-year college for 25 years, including all subjects from algebra to third-semester calculus.
