Question
1/wxz = 2/y   w=4 x 10^-5, y = 7 x 10^-6, z= pi x 10^8

Answer
I m assuming you want your answer equal to x since you don't have an explicit value for x, so the first thing you want to do is to solve for x before substituting in for the other variables:

x(1/wxz) = x(2/y)
1/wz = 2x/y
y(1/wz) = y(2x/y)
y/wz = 2x
(1/2)(y/wz) = 2x(1/2)
y/2wz = x

Now substitute in for the other variables:
7(10^-6)/2(4(10^-5))(pi(10^8))
7(10^-6)/(8pi(10^-5)(10^8))
(7/8pi)(10^-6/(10^-5)(10^8))
(7/8pi)(10^-6/10^3)
(7/8pi)/10^9 or in scientific notation:

(7/8pi) x 10^-9 ~= .27852115 x 10^-9 = 2.7852115 = 10 -10 <= this is x
