Question
IF you have a 25% chance of making $100, what are the chances you will make 25$?

Answer
Hi Walt,
It would depend on the specifics of the situation.
For instance, if you had a 25% chance of winning $100 in a winner-takes-all game then there is no way to win $25 and so the chance is 0%. But if you were in a situation where you would either make $100 or $25 and no other choices (not even losing), the chances of winning $25 then would be 75%.
