Question
what is 4sinsquaredx-3=0  in (0,360 degrees)

Answer
Hi Chase~
4sin^2x -3 = 0 -> 4sin^2x=3 -> sin^2x = 3/4 -> sin x = +-sqrt(3)/2 so you want to know what angle(s) x where the sin x has the values +-sqrt(3)/2. Sin 60 deg is sqrt(3)/2 as well as sin 120 deg (because the reference angle is 60 deg). Likewise sin 240 deg is -sqrt(3)/2 because of the reference angle being 60 deg and finally the sin 300 deg is -sqrt(3)/2 since it's angle is -60 deg.
