Draw the vector,50m northeast.convert 20 ml to cm^3

I can't draw the vector for you but I can describe what it will look like on an xy coordinate system: 50m is the magnitude and since the only info you have given me is northeast this must be a 45 degree angle as measured from the x axis. That means the length of the vector is 50m. You can determine the coordinates of the point by realizing that the cosine 45 = sqrt2/2 and the sin 45 = sqrt2/2, thus the point has coordinates (50*sqrt2, 50 sqrt2). A right triangle with two 45 degree angles is an isosceles triangle and that means two of the sides are equal so you have (by Pythagorean's Theorem) x^2 + x^2 = 50^2 ->
2x^2 = 2500 -> x^2 = 1250 -> x = sqrt(1250) = 50*sqrt2.

Milliliters are a funny kind of measurement usually for liquid but cm^3 are interesting too because that is the same as cc standing for cubic centimeters. And the next INTERESTING thing is that 1 ml = 1 cc = 1 cm^3 so 20ml is 20 cm^3
