Question
x=-2, -1, 0, 1
y=-7, -4, -1, 2

Answer
Anytime you have x and y values, make them ordered pairs and then find the slope and then write the equation of the line in. slope intercept form
(-2,-7); (-1,-4)
m  equals -4--7/-1--2 equals 3/1 which is the slope. Now write the equation:
Y--7 equals 3(x--4) which simplifies to y equals 3x + 19
