                               f(1)=-1+2
                               f(1)=1

It is unclear if you have a piece wise function or if you are just showing me the functions value at x = 1.

Remember that y = f(x) so you can simply write a table as usual:

x | f(x) = -x + 2 | (x, f(x)) -> this is just ordered pairs
------------------|---------
0 | -0 + 2 = 2    | (0,2)
1 | -1 + 2 = 1    | (1,1)
2 | -2 + 2 = 0    | (2,0)
-1| -(-1) + 2 = 3 | (-1,3)
-2| -(-2) + 2 = 4 | (-2,4)
