Question
in the names below each letter has been given a numerical value the total value of each name is reached by adding up the individual values of the letter in the name no two different alphabetical letter can have the same number kim=6,mike=12,mary=18,mark=12,ray=16,emma=15,kerry=?

Answer
Hi Air,
From K + I + M = 6
and M + I + K + E = 12
we can see that E = 12 - 6 = 6

From M + A + R + Y = 18
and R + A + Y = 16
we can see that M = 18 - 16 = 2

Going to E + M + M + A = 15
6 + 2 + 2 + A = 15
A = 5

Now,
M + A + R + K = 12
and R + A + Y = 16
adding them,
K + R + R + Y + M + A + A = 12 + 16
K + R + R + Y + 2 + 5 + 5 = 12 + 16
K + R + R + Y + 12 = 12 + 16
K + R + R + Y = 16
so,
K + E + R + R + Y = 16 + E = 16 + 6 = 22
